22:33 There were two routes that LE arrived at BK. A vehicle was identified by FBI from footage around the crime scene and also the WSU campus. WSU officers then identified BK by his car. His physical description on his licence matched that given by the witness. His vehicle had a single licence plate from PA at the time of the crime, matching the vehicle description on the night. Later, BK's phone records were obtained which tracked with the footage of the car, leaving his residence and then taking a circuitous route south of Moscow after. Turned off during the time frame of the crime. During this time he drove (with his father) in his car from WSU to PA. The IGG lead appears to have come through during this time. His father's DNA was later obtained from the trash (looking for BK's DNA), compared to the (ISP lab obtained) STR from the knife sheath, and through paternity testing was not excluded (established) as belonging to the suspect's father. Running parallel to local LE investigation, the FBI conducted IGG research on the SNP profile (obtained from the knife sheath DNA in a private lab). IGG uses SNP profiles that have been voluntarily provided to databases, building a family tree with distant relative 'matches'. Much of the work doesn't involve DNA, but actually looking up births and marriages and filling in the family tree, as the closest 'match' may be a second or third cousin.

QQ: In Kohberger’s case would Judge Hippler have already sized up Kohberger and therefore tailored his opening remark to set *this* Court’s tone right out of the gate? If so, what a brilliant move on Kohberger’s ego to say…”I sir, not you, am the smartest person in the room so let us leave that prima-donna behavior at the door”. The brilliance of it is that it addresses the psychology of the defendant and not his guilt or innocence. Bravo👏👏👏

In my opinion it sounds like the judge is considering letting Combs out. I am disgusted. I think there are so many things against letting him out. If they let him out, the judge is signaling if you ask enough times you’ll get your way. If they let him out and someone gets hurt…. How can we hold judges accountable? There appears to be excessive evidence to keep him in custody and I’m horrified that someone could get hurt.

It took a lot of fight from Anne Taylor to get a change of venue and the experts included. BK has the weight of the state to fight bringing everything against him, it isn't on the defence to prove he is innocent but sure is an uphill battle for a guy who is to be presumed innocent.

Why should anyone trust that the security firm Diddy hires won't just be people who are loyal to him and who will let him do whatever he wants? Even if they're not already loyal to him, he's rich as hell and can just offer them a ton of money to let him do shit. Though I guess you could make a similar argument about workers in the jail, but it'd at least be less likely for him to be able to manipulate everything from jail. I don't like a single one of the arguments his lawyers are making, and I'm surprised that the judge doesn't just shut them down immediately. He seems to somewhat agree with Diddy's lawyers that Diddy can now maybe be trusted not to obstruct justice and not to continue making these calls to people, but there's absolutely no reason to trust him. He's literally using other people's ID numbers to make calls, which you would only do if you're trying to hide conversations from the government... if his attorneys are telling him not to do shit like that, then he's clearly not listening to them, and they can't just tell the judge "don't worry, he listens to us." It's fuckin ridiculous.
