Law Nerds - thank you for your continued patience when I struggle with pronunciation. It is one of the neurodivergent struggles that simply takes me time. Because I have minimal phonemic awareness, it is very difficult for me to sound out words properly. My dyslexia exaggerates this, which is a frustrating difficulty as a streamer. It takes me a little time with any new case to ensure I consistently get names correct. I know it can be frustrating to hear names mispronounced,I very much appreciate your patience.

Hi. First time here. For your viewers to understand certain parts of this story, it is important to note that this bunch of 'criminals', used codes in their communications. The most important of all the codes is 'TV' which is the code word for Dan's murder or the hit. That is where Wendi's TV 'repair' on the morning of the murder comes in. The best buy repair man was there alright but that TV could not be repaired. This was an inexpensive dorm room type of TV which had a whole punched in it and kept to be used as an alibi for Wendi on the murder day. Bear in mind that Jeff Lacasse, Wendi's then boyfriend, who was abruptly dismissed from the relationship finally on July 14, a few days before Dan's murder, stated that he had tried several times to convince Wendi to allow him to replace that TV for her/kids and she refused. So folks, that was no ordinary TV/TV repair. After the repair man left, Wendi was in an 18 minutes call with Charlie (still on the murder morning) and explained to detectives Isom that the 18 minute call to Charlie was a discussion about the fact that the TV could not be repaired and whether she should go ahead and buy a new one. As far as Jeff Lacasse remembered, the TV had been 'broken for at least some weeks. The appointment for the 'repair' was made FOR July 18 by Donna on July 11. The repair date requested by Donna was exactly the date Dan was shot. If you have a broken TV as at the 11th, why request a repair date on the 18th especially when there is a warrantee coverage, and your kids have been crying over having to watch a broken TV.? Donna is in Miami and arranging a TV repair for Wendi in Tallahassee? That tells you who was in charge of this gang and what was going on. On the morning of the murder, Donna sent a text to Wendi to 'remind' her of the 'TV' repair that morning. No, that text was not about a repair - it was to alert Wendi that the hit on Dan (aka 'TV'), was on track to happen. This would have been when the hitmen spotted Dan taking the kids to school and followed him to the school and from there to the gym where they waited for him. Also, no need for Donna to remind Wendi about an actual TV repair. Best buy had already spoken to Wendi that they were on their way.
@lilolmecj Жыл бұрын
Good interpretation. Seems they almost got by with it too. But honestly they needed to fine tune the details some, Wendi’s interview with police the day of was a mess.😊

I started following Charlie’s trial and detailed coverage on surviving the survivor. It is a fascinating case. Yes I’d like it covered because it’s interesting. Charlie’s lawyer swapped his time to speak to Donna instead and that is how her lawyer found out the alleged issues. I think this would have been easily remedied if she had local representation. I like this judge, he’s fair and measured.

I can confirm that jail definitely doesn't treat you well or prison and they're supposed to it doesn't matter what you think if somebody they have to be treated like human beings and given their rights and often they don't let you speak to counselor counsel will not like the phone won't go through to call them and they won't talk to you except for like minutes before something happens usually in a big murder trial though council will take it more seriously because they don't want it to be thrown out because if your counsel doesn't do a good job and doesn't do everything in their power then it can just get thrown out. As it should be that's why lawyers and defense is supposed to do a good job but I can confirm that a lot of jails and a lot of at least half the people that run them are not good people

I didn't find that tasteful even if it was an accurate representation of the disgust around this whole situation and those poor boys that lost their Dad.
