Hey pals! Surprise! I'm back with another video! These are the awesome sweet potato biscuits Aaron brought to the potluck over the summer. They are so easy and delicious - and just sweet enough, just like you!

Ingredients:
3 cups AP flour
12-16 oz. sweet potato puree will vary based on brand (15 oz can thick purée or approx. 1 cup baby food-style/thinner puree)
1 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp buttermilk
1/2 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
Egg wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
Glaze:
3 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
