I use a classic black blazer for this video, to show you just how versatile it is. It is somewhat of a suit jacket but can be dressed up or dressed down. Mixing dressy & casual clothes is one of my favourite ways to create cool & comfy outfits.
Blazers are a key part of my wardrobe! They are so great for in-between weather, as well as layering up in winter. Blazers can add a lot of style to an otherwise simple outfit. One of my favourite go-to outfits is a black blazer, black t-shirt & dark denim jeans. I can then wear trainers or small pumps to dress down or up! I also love throwing a blazer over a midi dress or a maxi skirt. I think this is an effortlessly cool look.

I don't understand the tennis shoe trend. You spend all this money to look expensive, then use tennis shoes to drag the look down. I don't care if you buy designer tennis shoe or get dirty, ratty shoes from the thrift store, the effect is the same. I understand wearing tennis shoes to the office it you have a long walk each day, then at the office putting on your fancy work shoes. You would look nice in a dusty, dirty burlap bag just add a belt and heels, you could rock that outfit. I like the shorts outfit and the layered skirt with the crochet or cutout top. I am really tired of the cropped tops and the silk or satin skirt. In the real world can anyone but a model or teenager wear that?

I think the first one, blazer and mid-blue denim, is my favorite! All looked great, but this one took the cake for me. I think that by merely changing the shoes, you can get completely different vibes - from the same set of clothes. That's versatility for me, which I love the most! Great job and I loved to watch this video! Although I'm short, 5'1, and my body isn't as tall nor slim as yours, I still find it inspirational. The white shorts and green top (second one, I think) I look forward to incorporating it into my summer, and the festive black pants and blazer for summer evenings, dates or girls' nights. 😍

Virginia S. I recommend a mix of affordable pieces and more expensive pieces. However, I have said in past videos I think it’s worth investing in classic pieces like blazers and coats that will likely last you your life because they are made so much better. If this blazer was $100 it wouldn’t be made the same, wouldn’t look as good/tailored and would last as long. Xxx
