This is SO helpful! I'd love to see a "glossy balm" version of this. So many brands are coming out with those--Bare Minerals Dewy Gloss Balms, Lisa Eldridge Baume Embrace, Lancome Butterglow, etc. Like you, I want to see which actually give us some color on the lips. Thanks for your videos!

I love the dark eye, softer cheek look. The eyes are POPPING! My go to now is a lipliner and lip oil… oh man. Makes me think lipsticks are on the way out of MY house at least.. just so fresh looking! The new black cherry from Fenty is PURE DELISH.

Love you Emily! Your makeup looks amazing in this video. I will say, they are called lip oils for a reason. They are meant to be sheer, not pigmented. I think more of a gloss is what you’re looking for if you’re wanted pigment/thickness. Lip oils are definitely not for everyone! More of a barely there type of product. Thanks for swatches! Helpful to see the shades applied.

the catrice glossin’ glow is my favourite lip oil of all time. i have a super light pink shade and the yellow one. both are gorgeous, smell great, are affordable, feel nice on the lips and some have that pH adaptive quality. it’s criminally underrated!

I came here to comment on the Catrice lip oils. I LOVE the formula but I have the yellow and it doesn’t stain or change color at all. At least as far as I can tell.

Emily what a stunning look you have today!!!! I don’t think I have ever seen you with your hair pulled back….it really suits you with that smoky eye! Wanted to give you a shout out to turning me onto Vani-Cream…I have had psoriasis on my knee since my knee replacement 8 years ago…and have tried many prescription lotions and potions as well as just about every drugstore cream, lotion, etc. I ordered the Vanicream off amazon (I live in Scotland) and within 2 weeks I saw a massive difference…..its now been about 8 weeks, and although the scars may never go away, the rough, itchy, awful looking patches are almost gone! Thank you so much!!!!!! Xxxx

I have been using Wet &Wild since the 1980’s. They made great lipsticks and nail polishes for 99 cents. My favorite shade was Roses and Wine but it was discontinued years ago. I really want to try those opaque lip oils. I have the original that has barely any color. I want to try all the shades and brands you used especially Hard Candy. ❤️❤️❤️

Love the wet and wild and Milani. The new drug store brand by the balm has lip oils too. They have a little color but they’re very thin and greasy to me. I don’t enjoy the texture. Juvia’s place has a nice texture but dries my lips out. Same with LA Girl
