Cold stuff like cold smoothies and drinks make my cramps way worse . Also Walking bare foot at home and sitting on the ground make cramps worse. Having mint tea + a little ginger inside it is really good for nausea and bloating and also feels comforting.I have knee and headache specially on first day.

Love watching you each week Emily. Usually when I’m off from both work and school I usually go for a walk or hit in the batting cages. If it’s raining I usually go to the mall and shop, bowl, go to movies, etc. I’ve tried to ask my friends but they have different shift times than me so I end up bowling and all that by myself which is sad (I’m also single looking for a gf which has also been really hard) 🥺. And then I watch KZbin and I make sure I watch your channel because your one of my favorite KZbinrs of course 🥰.
