personally my preference is seeing you actually wear a set but i definitely understand the possible strain it puts onto your nail plates to constantly be changing your nails

I prefer watching you do them on yourself but I think the fake hand would be perfect for things like this, testing custom acrylics, gels, etc. like for when you have a bunch of stuff you wanna test out at once if that makes sense. 😊

You can get press ons with translucent base and attach them with the polygel too if you wanna be even lazier (yea I’ve absolutely done it!!! The lazier the better😂🤣)

Yes, green is a seriously underrated Halloween color, that's why I did so many greens in my Halloween collection this year! The 3rd shade (Haunted Mirror) could've been called "Cranium" "Bone" or something around there as well. It really reminded me of the cranium color from the skulls that we worked on when I was doing my MA nursing stuff.

Completely off topic, but your comment reminded me of something my dad used to do when he was alive. Whenever he was out and had to give his name for whatever reason, he would say his name was Richard Cranium. Richard is his first name. But he did it because it translated into "dick head" since dick is the nickname for Richard, and Cranium is head. 😂 I know it's corny, but seeing your comment just made me smile and think of him so thought I would share.

The yellow “Cats Eye” one I was convinced was going to be nightmare before Christmas themed. Reminds me of the classic scene on the curly hill with the giant yellow moon. I always put those little silicone bands that come with new e-file bits on the bit I’m using to grind my colors and that helps to protect messing up your e-file too. You’re actually supposed to use those every time anyway to help keep the dust out of the e-file handle. Just thought I’d share that tip ❤️

the "Mind Ya Business" at 5:04 legit made me LoL. The Yellow & Blue ones are my favorite. I think using the fake hand occasionally is fine; definitely give yourself a little break from having to switch sets on your natural nails so often.

Here is a little tip to turn you regular polish into gel polish if you like the color., but don't want to deal with drying time. All you have to do is take the nail polish, put it on a tile (or whatever you use to mix product) and add gel top coat. I personally don't use measurements, I just mix until I'm happy with the color, but typically you will only need a small amount of polish to gel. I'm not sure how it works in big batches for storing as I usually just mix enough for what I'm doing at the moment and apply it with a gel brush. I absolutely love that hack that way my hundreds of polishes don't go to waste, and it has also saves a ton of money on buying gel polish if it's a color I already have. I just get an extra large squeeze bottle of gel topcoat for $25 from venalisa and refill my top coat with that that way I can refill a 15 ml bottle of topcoat around 16 times that you would typically spend $10 a piece on each time equaling around $160.

No!! The bloody valentine one was a hit!! The fact that the hearts pigment would get destroyed with the monomer making it all white with red dots here and there makes it look like blood splatter on the hearts! So each time you use it ill be different "blood splatter " I LOVE IT!! I love all of them in general! :3

I love watching you do these, I did just want to let you know that I’ve heard from a few nail techs mention that using your e-file to do the blending can cause powder to get in your hand piece and destroy it, to avoid the issue they recommend using a $6 Amazon herb grinder, it has what looks like a flashlight as the handle, 10/10 bought and highly recommend. Regardless I love your content! ♥️

Some friendly advice. They have little rings that will fit on the bit to cover the hole where the bit goes in. It helps keep most of the dust out.

Not sure what hand you’re using but the silicone looks to be way too soft and could be attributing to how hard it was to do the nails. You need a stiffer silicone so that when you’re pressing with the brush it’s not giving so much and the nails actually stay put enough. I actually made my own silicone hand lol it was a lot of fun and it came out perfectly. Great video, as always, love your content!! You’ll get better if you practice more, it’s definitely a weird angle to get used to.

Try a the smallest sieve and grind your chalk. I found my small strainer at dollar tree in a 3 set from small, medium and large. It’s less dust and use a motar and pestle to mix.
