Recently I stumbled upon music that had definitely helped me, relaxing subliminal music... You can easily find on KZbin... Play 24/7 if required, there is positive affirmations or subliminal that works on your subconscious... Point being... If you listen to positive affirmations whilst awake and then subliminal as you sleeping, you are literally bombarding your brain with positive stuff, and in my experience it starts to change your inner dialogue.... Pls at least try the above, positive stuff repeatedly can only bring on a positive response... I have faith if you just do a day at a time... Things do improve.. You know what I find sooo awesome about Eminem? There were so many different parts of my life that were difficult for me to get through and while they all had different levels of severity and circumstance, through this song, he taught me the root of these particular issues and taught me how to fix it. @@becky2235 are you still on methadone or not? If you are change in for subutex if you can if you're in withdrawal take some Ibuprofen and paracetamol, make sure you're hydrated. It's very hard and painful getting off opiates. At the minute I'm on subutex and I'm down to 8mg now I'm slowly getting there. Soon I will be going to detox then rehab, maybe you should think about doing the same.
