If we were to scale their lives in a graph, we would see that EM's and EZ's lives are similar. They both went through a phase that they were deeply hurt. EM obviously manifested that by having used illegal substances as a coping mechanism. EZ on the other hand went to a dark place and directed it inwardly. EZ in an interview (Toni Talks) about a year ago mentioned if it weren't for his music he wouldn't be here now. They struggled and both came through it successfully. You will see EM's influence on EZ's writing style especially in his rap songs. He can write a song where there are bars after bars and a bar within a bar (IDK), have insane rhyme schemes (Omoshiroi) or just be playful (The Slashy Show). EZ produces, writes his songs and edits his videos. He jumps from multiple different genres, a fan even described him as not just the ORCHESTRA but he is the MUSIC. He creates beautiful melodies and writes lyrical and poetic love songs. That's right his recent love song that tugs at the heartstrings is Will You. He also does hard core metal (Rapture), Electronic Dance Music or EDM (1 & only with his sister who sings), slow rock love song (Superly Real), reggaeton (Lonely Days) and others. He is a MUSICAL GENIUS. EZ said in the interview earlier today (Philippine time) with CNN Philippines that EM is pretty excited to explore his other talents while he in turn is learning from the OGs (EM & DRE). You will miss out on him if you won't go through his discography.
