What went on in that video? Eminem ditched the Slim Shady persona to try to better his life and do something more positive with his message. The media and people criticizing him resurrected Shady (which is why he pops out of all the social media devices). Eminem tried to outrun all of that negativity and stay positive, but in the end it caught up to him, so he said "fuck it" and embraced his dark side. Now he's done trying to make the positive music (which is why he stepped on his Revival album) and he's coming for peoples' heads. He said it at the start of the video, "ya'll wanted Shady, you got him." R.I.P. rap game.

The way I saw the video (besides the Shady part that others have discussed in the comments) is that every time he tripped he bust through another wall in the music industry--I took it that was represented by the office building. At the end when he stopped running from Shady and let that part of himself integrate he didn't trip, he purposefully bust through a wall--out of the music industry, he freed himself from the industry and all of it's crap & traps.

Exactly he uses regular words. But it still good, still bumpin but im my opinion Shady doesn't really use normal words and he's more of a lyricists than MGK. Plus imagine reading their songs written out on to paper what would you think would be interesting or fun to read /study?
