Intellectual Eccentric there’s more to music than just ‘deep lyrics’ despite how good they are. There was too much inconsistency, half-baked songs, etc. Regardless though, this song has everything that makes a great Em song, surprised it didn’t get bigger or get a video

Yeah have to disagree. Production was really not up to par, some of the lyricism was lazy as fuck, loads of corny ass lines. Im also a massive Em fan, but Revival is his worst album in my opinion. Id take Encore or Relapse over this any day
@TonyKimtheamusementparkfan4 жыл бұрын
And I believe that is what he wanted to say on Revival :) He wanted to tell a story and to show us the lyrical heavy content that he wanted to use. It's basically an album where he is able to use the original purpose for hip hop: to go against the current system and fight the political battles of the world. He deserves to use his freedom of speech to say what he needs and to send a message. Em is basically showing his views on the entire world, and even if you don't agree with it, this is his take on the reality that he's facing as an American citizen.
@TonyKimtheamusementparkfan4 жыл бұрын
@@AntlerGlasgow I can understand that opinion honestly. And even Em did notice that Revival was trash for him. Even his peers didn't think it was up to the standard that he sets so high for the rap game. I would take Kamikaze and Music To Be Murdered By over Revival, but Revival stands on its own for being very different of an Eminem album, despite its polarizing reviews.

I hope you get your chance. I've seen Eminem perform 2 times now in New Zealand. I went to his first one in Auckland in 2014 and I went to his Wellington Show 2 weeks ago both shows were fucking epic. Bit of advice if Eminem comes to your neck of the woods make sure you get your ticket realy fast they sell out in minutes I was lucky to get mine

I know I said yesterday you were still rap God but I have a deep feeling that I should say there's one God! U still rap God but look at all these people listening to u and I feel like God wants me to tell u he gave u this special talent. Keep doing what your doing. I know u know there's a God who saved u just like me from death many times from our lifestyles and addiction although I'm still struggling but you made it! Do u realize if some of the songs u make and some of the things u could flip the script and get angry at the devil for doing all the bad in your life just like mine you could have a lot of Christian soldiers behind u cause they respect you so much! The kids in this generation could maybe change things for our future. U know what I'm saying. I saw u when u first came out and I'm 40 and your voice still gives me chills and I love it! Just saying God gave u a special gift and I feel u could bring more people to Christ with just a few words. As a struggling addict started hustling at 8 to provide my mom her supply or I had to be on the street, its a tough life and u are what people admire but don't ever forget who gave u that talent. Spin it sometimes the other way and you'll see what potential God really has in store for you! You got this so don't stop. And u still looking good as u get older!😉

G.O.A.T. People are not aware that he is not going to be in rap game much long and than you are left with Drake and mumble rappers... This is Last real megastar rapper left which voice is still influental. People like Royce, Tech, Black Thought are great but they dont have big platform...So expect stupid kids in the future...

People don't understand Eminem goes then people think 50 cent was best then he came back n showed he is the best then he went again and did same to lil eaten and then Drake and sooo on Reason why other rappers come and go it's simple ..... Rap has changed from it used to be and some rapper can not change with it Eminem is still here cause he is a adapter not just a rapper He comes back n becomes to best in a different kind of rap and again n again he does it They call him a rap God for a reason

You dont follow Hip Hop if you think Em is still the biggest hip hop star with a message, Kendrick and J. Cole are both bigger than Eminem now, and Jay-Z has made some of the best work in Hip Hop in the last few years, while leading civil rights issues outside of music. Em is dope, but he aint the only one

As he kills this song with the last verse of Em it's monstrous it's like a military song it shows once again all the eminence of Eminem, you're the real lord of rhyme that's all to your respect.
