I would say the differences that American artist will do in their songs is heavily relied on the type of Genre, the only UK rap I’ve ever heard and seen is drill and US drill rappers won’t do what Eminem does in videos, i recommend looking up Max Tha Demon specifically his song called 4 Quarters, the guy looks innocent but he’s a certified crip, If I were you I’d pull up a lyric tab while listening to the song too 😂
