A few things that differentiate Em from other rappers is hes not in it for fame, to impress people with how thuggy he can be, etc. He studies language and the musical aspect of creating a song, and he strives for perfection, and is always in competition with himself. He has fun with it. He has serious moments. He brings personality, characteristics. He’s grounded himself so he brings morals, values, and ethics as well. He lets his emotions come through. And common sense. He can also be a prick lmao hes better than everyone else because most other rappers are too busy trying to gain cool points, out partying and spending their money on gold chain ambience, and don’t study their craft. Its easier to be racist and hate. * He’s definitely not a sell out. His career spans over 20 years. Its natural to cover lots of different content, as well as evolve as a person. Hes multifaceted. Anyone who doesn’t is one dimensional, another reason they’re not as successful

you know whats funny people are mad about this song but they clearly never heard his older music from the Slim Shady LP 1999 or the Marshall Mathers LP 2000 or The Eminem Show 2002 so if this song offends them the songs on the albums i named off would put them in a coma honestly amazing reaction though

I think that’s why he pulled slim shady out from 2002 in the video because the slim shady from his slim shady and Marshall Mathers LP CDs was too much even for himself to deal with. I think he’s done offing Kim and done with the gay slurs etc. (maybe), so he wants to be just controversial enough to get people talking but not controversial enough to actually get cancelled. Plus he’s a grown man now that probably just doesn’t speak in the same way in his 50s as he did in his 20s.

Pete has been very open for years that he is a STAN. He even go Loren to ask Em to allow Pete to use several songs for parodies on SNL. Em even did Cameos. The two probably also relate on sobriety. Proof you can work together and keep personal beef out of professional projects.

The song Abracadabra was released in 1982 by the Steve Miller Band so it’s 42 years old. The hook sounds identical to the original - Em just changed a couple of the lyrics. This is so nostalgic. LOVE it!
