Jan Wik praising eminem =/= knowing less rappers. People here can know as many rappers as you know (claim to know, rather), and still be a big eminem fan. I seriously doubt thatll stop you from desperately fiending for attention the way you are. Because you sound like you are trying very hard. Despite what you may think, comments like yours, which are unwarranted by the way, people are simply talking about how much they like eminem, nothing to do with other rappers. Anyways, comments like yours make you sound very desperate, not cool.

I have this really strange opinion about Eminem. Check this out It's kind of obscure but whatever here goes. In my opinion, Peak Eminem was this very small time frame between spring 1999 and about spring 2000. Between the release of his first commercial album and the second commercial album. Basically at this point, he had a touch of Fame he saw the success in The Slim Shady LP and after meeting dr. Dre. So at this point he had a lot of clout cuz he was a new upcoming dope white rapper, but he was still very hungry. There are only about a handful of songs to be released during this time. But in them you can see that he was really viciously skilled. Four songs I can think of off of my head that came out during this time were this one, get you mad, the Wake Up Show song that had like Riza Chino XL and everybody else, and Busta Rhyme from the Missy Elliott album. Listen to those tracks and tell me that wasn't the sharpest Eminem has ever been.

IMO things changed with MMLP into a different guy. Wish we could have at least got one more Infinite/SSLP album out of him

I know I'm responding to a 5 yr old comment, but I still want to add this: Tbf, the rap game was moving in a direction (and still is on this same trajectory) where a song like this wouldn't have been a hit, but a song like "Always on Time" would be one. You can see that this song is underground af. Other than people like you and me, most people don't know this song at all. Eminem wouldn't have been able to make this track a commercial success. He had to rap "The Real Slim Shady" or "Without Me" (both great songs, but they don't hold a candle to this one lyrically) in order to get played on the radio.

“You critics wanna criticize but couldn’t visualize , individuals lives through a criminals eyes” Is probably my favorite verse of all time. Not my favorite Em verse , my favorite verse period. That line alone is whats had me coming back to this song time and time again.
