I have noticed that Eminem has been lip syncing in his latest performances. Kind of like MJ in the History Tour. If you're going to lip syncing, hire some real back up singers, have your own other vocalist ad lib, or add a remix of each song to add something new.

If you look at his neck, it tenses/flexes when he's rapping. They are pre-recorded tracks, but he's still doing his job. I agree with you on the backup singer, though.
