One Important tip. Emirates booking details include type of plane. Make sure you chose A380 and not Boeing 767. Prices are same but difference in seat arrangement and comfort is substantial.

Interesting vlog Sam. I would choose strawberry ice cream (if no strawberry bits in only like it smooth. I love any ice cream that’s not too sickly, I love coffee ice cream too. The food on your flight and in the lounge looked lovely. May I ask, do you pay or use miles or get upgraded to go in business class? I’ve only used BA and can only afford economy so really interesting to see what it’s like in business class 😊

Thanks Becky! 🥰 I’m sure I mentioned in the vlog, but for Emirates Business, I only ever upgrade with miles. There are loads of ways to collect miles and points, even in your every day life without travelling, and as someone who travels a lot - both for my work and my personal life, I‘ve learnt a lot about how to maximise miles over the years, and am still learning 😊🙏🏼

Wow, close and open seat belts? I am quite sure it's fasten and unfasten!😊. Great video, I think it's great you give your honest opinion on products. And yes, 100% agree the onboard WiFi is Emirates worst feature.

1st things 1st why do you have a crutch? Oh yes your mum is with you. Lovely for you both to share the experience and nice that she’s out n about finally too…😊 Definitely chocolate or coffee ice cream for me.. Oh my word all those desserts…. Your living the high life now Sam and I’m loving it…. All that entertainment and lovely food…who needs sleep! Would love to fly business or 1st class….lottery for both…. There’s nothing like the Emirates business class experience particularly on the A380 ! Through the years the pandemic and everything Emirates has been quietly and super efficiently enhancing the flying experience for travellers for all classes, Be it food as viewers have seen in this video and which Sam showed us in great detail ,in the lounge, no other airline has anything close to this spread and the sheer variety and quality of food served, take your pick! Onboard ,the seats have been changed in all classes very luxurious hand stitched leather, sheer comfort not to mention the super on board lounge in their A 380s which has been there for years only gotten better, no detail has been left out. The best food onboard , I’ll vouch for that ! Not to mention the mind boggling list of fine wines and liquors, you’re totally spoilt for choice. In a nutshell Emirates through the years has raised the bar so high it would be difficult to compete with the sheer magnitude and choices they have to offer. Apart from the fact they have the largest fleet of A380s, retained and enhanced these aircraft through the downturn when everyone else was retiring their A380s because it had become economically not viable during the pandemic when travel had come to a standstill . They were also the first to completely redo their lounges to make travel as safe as possible during Covid. As with everything else they’ve done, spared no expense . And what you get is a premium product, in all my flying experience easily the best. Another big + is their amazing connectivity to places all over the world which has just increased over the years.

That was really interesting and the food looks delicious! 😋😄 I like vanilla ice cream. 🍦 I think it’s great to have a flat bed on a flight, it would be so nice for the long flights!
