I'm not sure why you were too bothered by "yes it do takes long", first off rappers and poets have a poetic license that lets em bend grammar rules a bit. Even OGs like Eminem keep on doing it. Second certain phrases like "it do be like that" are actually acceptable slangs in modern English so I'm sure he knows what the correct grammar is but I'm guessing he changed it cause it flows better which is valid

A rapper would put acceptable phrases and lines before releasing it to public. And we are so dumb that we're thinking, he's making mistakes, he shouldn't do this, bla bla... Seriously?? Bro he made a song, edited it and it maybe took few days to write. Don't say any artist's lyrics trash. It's your mind which is trash. If you ask the artist he'll say my rap is the best rap in the world.
