I started doing a different workout and I seem to like it a bit more than this and I also lost more than half an inch within 1 inch, but then again each body is different...

Results posted! ☆ Im gonna start this workout for 20 days!! ☆ Sundays are my rest days!! ☆ Ive been doing this exercise and her 20 day one, so i figured id update on this vid too! ☆ [19/2/24] So I'll jus say my goal here, bc this is what I want to achieve! So in school, we're going to have a rowing event, on the river near my town for a P.E event and I rlly want to get my thighs slim enough so my shorts won't go riding up my thighs (if u get what I mean). Also I just want to be able to feel confident with my body because its rlly competitive at school and all! By the time I've updated this comment, I'll have around 5 weeks left until the event! (there was originally 7 when i started) which will be around a month if I do my Sunday rest thing. ☆ Day 1 | 5/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! My god i was dying at the last two ☆ Day 2 | 6/2/24: ✅️✅️ my legs are aching from yesterday omg, done! I finally did the sumo squats straight, but i died like a second later ☆ Day 3 | 7/2/24: ✅️✅️ I couldn't walk today LMAO done! Still struggled with the last 3 excercises lol ☆ Day 4 | 8/2/24: ✅️✅️ I didn't collapse onto the floor at the end!! Done! ☆ Day 5 | 9/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I feel that the excercises are beginning to get easier! Only a lil bit tho! I still died at the squats ☆ Day 6 | 10/2/24: ❌️❌️ didn't do it because I was out for the whole day! ☆ Sunday = rest day ☆ ☆ Day 7 | 12/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I did it twice to make up for Saturday because I didn't do it. It still burnt a lottt. I can't believe it's been a week already! ☆ Day 8 | 13/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I feel like the sumo squats are beginning to get easier for me, my legs aren't shaking as much as they used to. Also I've noticed a very small difference in my legs which gives me such a confidence boost! It may be a very small difference but its something! ☆ Day 9 | 14/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! I finally did the workout straight with no breaks! So proud of myself rn, I did die at the end of the sumo squats tho but I can feel my legs getting stronger ♡ ☆ Day 10 | 15/2/24: ❌️❌️ wasn't able to do it as I was at a friend's house for the whole day, I'll do it twice tomorrow to make up for it. ☆ Day 11 | 16/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! baes, im kinda getting unmotivated because i think my thighs are getting bigger than smaller?? Idk ill jus keep up with the workout! I did it twice btw which was painfullll ☆ Day 12 | 17/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! Gosh i found it so painful today! Love the burn tho ☆ Sunday = rest day ☆ ☆ Day 13 | 19/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! STILL DOING THIS!! the lastaumo squat was so hard but i kept through for the whole round, i had never felt such a burn in my legs this whole time until today. So proud of myself!! ♡ ☆ Day 14 |20/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! Can't believe its been 2 weeks! Proud of myself for keeping up for this long, no differences yet ofc! See ya tomorrow ♡ ☆ Day 15 | 21/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! forgot to update last night lol! guys ive seen no difference at all btw! i acc think my thighs are getting bigger ;-; yknow what, im gonna start a new workout and do it with this ♡ ☆ Day 16 | 22/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! didnt update but i did do it! i regret putting another workout i was exhausted!! ☆ Day 17 | 23/2/24: ✅️❌️ didnt do the inner thigh one, just the 20 day one, ill make up for it tmr! also guess whattt, ive actually had results i was just looking in the wrong spot ;) my thighs have gotten slimmer if you look at them from the side!! im screaming omgomg ☆ Day 18 | 24/2/24: ✅️✅️ done! did the inner thigh one twice bc i didnt do it yesterday. i jus realised, my 20 day challenge is nearly up! i acc plan on doing it for longer :^ see yas!! ☆ Sunday = rest day ☆ ☆ Day 19 | 26/2/24: ❌️❌️ didnt do it bc i was rlly busy. ill do it twice tmr ☆ Day 20 | 27/2/24: ✅️✅️ forgot to update but done!! cant believe my 20 days is over! but since i missed 4 days ill put on an extra 4 days and see my results after! +1 day | 28/2/24: ✅️✅️ +2 day | 29/2/24: ✅️✅️ +3 day | 01/3/24: ✅️✅️ nvm guys i just skipped 3 days >< so ill update tmr on my results bc usually i see results the next day okay so for the results you have all been waiting for, drumroll please. so i can definitely see a difference in my legs, my legs are a lot more toned than when i first started, actually they are very toned. my outer thighs are a lot slimmer. my like, fatty parts of my legs (if you get what i mean) they're not there anymore because i built muscle instead, which makes my legs look slightly slimmer. but i actually didnt get a thigh gap, i think these exercises only targeted my outer thigh and just toned my legs, i didnt lose at all for my inner thigh tho. there isnt any big visual difference, but i can feel a difference. my legs have also gotten stronger. overall, i think this excercise works really well in toning your legs and outer thighs!! these excercises do not bulk up your legs! just remember to stretch before and after! i didnt have any diet and i just ate normally! i will continue to do this workout and still update here!! ♡ im gonna do the inner thigh ones only bc i barely have enough time to do the other one! ☆ Day 21 | 4/3/24: ✅️ done! now im focusing on my inner thigh! ☆ Day 22 | 5/3/24: ✅️ done! still at it! felt the burn in my outer thigh actually!! ☆ Day 23 | 6/3/24: ❌️ was really busy that day ☆ Day 24 | 7/3/24: ❌️ guys its my time of the month so i dont think im able to do it ☆ Day 25 | 8/3/24: ❌️ my tummy was rlly sore omg i have to make up for it once my periods done ☆ Day 26 | 9/3/24: ❌️ ☆ Day 27 to 31: ❌️ okay i think tmr im finally able to start again. i def have to catch up with what ive missed out. also i have a month to do my workouts until the rowing event!!! UPDATE | 13/3/24: so i found out that the rowing event is gonna happen on the 15th of April which is literally like a month away. im not going to have rest days on sundays anymore so hopefully i wont be out and about on sundays like i usually would be. IM SO EXCITED RAGH ☆ Day 32 | 13/3/24: ✅️ IM BACK AND STILL DOINGTHIS RAGHH. Day 43 | 24/3/24: ❌️ i was kinda droven to the other side of the country so yep i didnt get to do it IM BACK NOW SO ILL DO IT TWICE Day 44 | 25/3/24: ✅️ i decjded to be extra today and did it 3 times which i nearly regretted doing bc i like died but its all done!!! Day 45 | 26/3/24: ✅️ did it 3 times again. i was dying through it, which was rlly funny but I NEEDA CATCH UP FOR THE DAYS IVE MISSED!! Day 47 | 27/3/24: ✅️ guys my thighs have only been getting bigger ever since the recent update im goijg to scream idk whats going onnnn Day 48 | 28/3/24: ✅️ forgot to update but i did it 3 times! also i did it 3 times yesterday too Day 49 | 29/3/24: ✅️ didnt update but i did it twice Day 50 | 30/3/24: ✅️ didnt update but i did it once!! UPDATE: okay so ive decided to stop doing this workout because ever since my last update, ive been noticing that my thighs have been getting bigger and also my inner thighs haven't lost anything at all :/ but besides that, this is a really good workout especially if you're beginning. its not too hard but it definitely burns! i can definitely say that this workout did help me lose quite a lot during my first 20 days but i think lately, my bodys just gotten used to it, thats maybe why i havent been seeing results anymore. anyways, thank you all for accompanying me on this little journey!!! you were all really supportive and i hope you all get the results you want!! bc i def did achieve a goal!! my legs are a lot more toned, i lost some fat overall and i can def say that my legs have gotten slimmer! i also found that i lost around 1-2 inches!! if you have any questions feel free to ask me. byeee! ♡♡♡ also im not gonna stop working out im jus moving on to a waist workout :^ LAST UPDATE: Hi guys!!! so i did the rowing event and i felt so confident in my body again!! this workout def gave me such a confidence boost and its really effective. anyways, this will be my last update on this comment byee!!

I'm not doing this for some guy. I'm doing this to feel better about myself, anyway: day one - it was pretty tough and my legs are killing me, and i couldn't consistently do all the exercises but I still tried.

Died! -Day 5 (15/11/23) Done. ✅️ The sumo squats will be the death of me. 😭 -Day 6 (16/11/23) ❌️ I didn't get to workout today due to my busy schedule. Doing this for 15 days 🙌 Day 1: I could definitely feel the burn! The fire hydrant pulses are KILLING me Day 2: My thighs were sore but I pushed through! I notice the gap between them is getting bigger. Day 3: Pushed through! The exercises are getting slightly easier. Day 4: Did it! My thighs feel stronger but sore. Day 5: Pushed through! I can't believe it's already day 5! Day 6: Done! The exercises are significantly easier, I'm so happy! Day 7: Finished! It's already been a week since I started! For now, I don't see much difference, but it's probably since I'm only half way. Day 8: Did it! The workout is so easy and my thighs are getting smaller. Day 9: Finished! Workout is getting fun ngl. Day 10: I was so tired but pushed through! Day 15: I'M SO SORRY I completely forgot to update for the past few days! Rating/ Results: Overall, I would rate this workout a 9/10. While it did make me build muscle and get a bigger thigh gap, my thighs were SO sore everyday and it's not quite the best feeling. I would recommend take a day off each week. To anyone who is just starting their journey, remember, no pain no gain! I believe in you x I would also like to thank Emi!! Your workouts are so effective.

Just spent 15 minute sobbing tears of happiness. I have been doing this for 3 weeks with one day to rest every week. I am so happy and confident. Thank you so much emi! I was always bullied at school for my body, and I felt so insecure. During quarantine, I took the opportunity to change myself, not for the bullies, but for myself. Yesterday, my school began again (we only had three to four weeks of quarantine in Hawaii). My bullies looked so shocked, and it made me feel so amazing. Keep it up everyone, you’re beautiful! rooting for you all 💖 (P.S if you do this, you’ll look even better because in school all the other kids probably gained weight during quarantine lol)

MY PROGRESS: Day 1:✅ I thought it looked easy but it wasn't but I felt refreshed DAY 2:✅ Definitely much more easier than day 1, I I'm definitely sweating more than on day 1. DAY 3:✅ Completed the workout feeling tired. DAY 4:✅ Completed the workout but the end is making my thighs sore DAY 5: ✅ The end got a little bit easier for me and I see a little of a change!!! DAY 6:✅ Completed the workout, the end got much easier than on the first day!! DAY 7:✅ Completed the workout, I finished the first week now one more to go!! DAY 8:✅ Completed the workout, feeling sweaty than the first day but refreshed!!! DAY 9:✅ Whew, that was a nice workout feeling tired. DAY 10:✅wee legs are hella sore 😭 DAY 11✅ wooooo almost done with this but I'm still go going to continue when my legs reach my desired size (Please like to make me remember)

do this *3x a day* (depends on how your body can cope up) whenever you have free time. you'll see an enormous change after 2-3 weeks. also add up some stretches, *before and after the workout* so your muscles around thighs won't bulk. *DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TO LIMITS IF YOU CAN'T PERFORM IT. ALWAYS PUT YOUR BODY CONDITION FIRST*

Hello everyone ! Im going to be doing thid workout , its currently 10:52 pm and ik its late don't judge lol! I just found out about this and have been looking at everyones comments and have been seeing people saying they have great results! Im starting this on Wednesday, july 26th and im doing this workout for 20 days!! Im gonna continue doing this workiut after 20 days but im going to stop updating after the 20th day. Anyways , ill update you guys after i finish the first workout. Day 1🎉: ✅✅✅OMG!! Its harder than it looks , i did 9/10 of the exercises. Im really not used to this stuff omg! The pain was real. For the first exercise, i kept stoping and going! It hurt so bad!! After math, my legs are sore as crap but it feels good to know im done, i was almost on the edge of crying 😭🤷🏾♀️. I hope tomorrow is easier!! (Also no difference so far, obviously) Day 2:✅✅✅FINISHED!! Yall it was so much easier. Besides the Curtsy Lunge, it was so hard i ended up skipping it. But besides that, it feels good. My legs aren't as sore as yesterday, but i definitely felt the burn in my thighs. Everything was a bunch easier, im also going to do stomach fat workouts as well, considering the fact i dont feel much pain from todays workout! Im excited for what tomorrow has to hold!! (Also, no difference so far, obviously!!) Day 3: ✅✅✅ FINISHED! For some reason it was harder than yesterday, and my legs are a bit more sore but everything's good!I see a very tiny gap! It's super small and you have to look closely to see but at least it's something!! but it felt good to know that it's working slowly but surely. I'm also doing a outer thigh burner because the pain isn't as bad and I'm not as sore. Day 4:✅✅✅✅ FINISHED!! So sorry this took so long!! Anyway, i really felt the burn in the last one! I wore tight jean shorts and it helped so much with stableness! I ended up doing all of the exercises and im so proud of myself! The sumo squat for me was the easiest! I dont see much of a difference in my legs, but i feel it working and i cant wait for the end results!! Im really in the mood to do more workouts so thats what im gonna do. People say the 5th day shows good results but i think that depends on how thick or skinny your thighs are. Cant wait for tomorrow!!! ❤❤ Day 5:✅✅✅✅✅ FINISHED .Not much to say about today , it was mid. Kinda easy , not that sore , it felt good. Yep , no differences. Not even a tiny gap . But its cool because im still going . I now know that not everyone sees a difference on the 5th day lol . But thats alright because i cant wait to see what tomorrow has in store for me. 😘❤️❤️ Day 6:❌❌❌❌Im so sorry guys today is gonna be my rest day!! I had a lot to do today and i didnt feel like doing it!! I will make up for it tomorrow. I know youve probably been wanting a update , but tomorrow will hopefully be better!! 😘😅 Day 7:❌❌❌Im so sorry yall the inconsistency is real. I had so much to do today and didnt have time to do the workout ( I felt very tired). Tomorrow i will be doing this exercise 3 times to make up for it . Hope yall have a nice day!! ❤❤ Day 8: ✅✅✅✅ FINISHED!! hey y'all!! I did this exercise once , now I'm doing it two more times! I might be burning myself out but that's what happens when you don't do your exercise for 2 days!! Lol. I see myself getting thinner! Including my waist area. (No thigh gap sadly 😭😔). I'm so shocked considering how much I've ate during those two days. But anyways , love y'all and thank u so much for the likes 💕😺!! ❤❤ Day 9:✅✅✅✅ FINISHED!! It burnt so bad for some reason. I couldnt do one of the exercises because my left leg was super sore and hurt bad for some reason (it was hurting since i woke up). No differences. Tomorrow will hopefully be better. I feel accomplished. My legs arent super sore yet but yk it'll get there. I had so many struggles but hopefully tomorrow will be a bit easier! My goal is to have a thigh gap and fit into my old uniform pants, but i feel im starting this too late since school starts in 2 weeks. I will be doing extra exercises aswell. Day 1: ✅️ definitely felt the burn surprisingly i made it through without stopping especially since i just got done with another exercise like this 5 minutes ago. Day 2: ✅️ I did one set of this exercise and 1 set of another thigh reducing exercise from Emi Wong. I did feel the burn but surprisingly my legs were not sore from yesterday don't know if that's good or bad. Hope I'm doing them right. Day 3:✅️ my legs were a little sore after the 2 workouts and if I'm not mistaken they look a tiny bit toned and a tiny bit more room in my regular tight-fitting shorts. Definitely feeling the after burn this time. Day 4: ✅️ did both exercises, definitely felt the soreness while doing them. I also recommend doing them while watching TV or smth so you dont focus on the soreness and how long the exercises take ❤. Day 5: ✅️Done the 2 workouts, looks and feels pretty much the same. Day 6: ✅️Done the 2 workouts, nothing really different. Day 7: ❎️ I only did 1 workout today so to make up for it I'll make sure to do 3 tomorrow. Day 9: ✅️Unfortunately, I got lazy and skipped a few days but I pushed myself today and I did 4 different workouts.
