Here’s a simple recipe for you that you can tweak if you miss a good home cooked meal 1lb ground beef One onion cut as desired (diced is a safe bet) 1 Can of black beans (drained) 1 can of diced tomatoes and peppers (half drained) 2 tablespoons cumin, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons salt and pepper Directions, cook the meat, drain the meat, return to pan, add all other ingredients, serve when rest is cooked Now ya got some simple taco meat that you can put on some lettuce and or rice, tortilla works to Edit: I got more recipes if ya need and or want, give it a shot and tell me how ya liked it

6:14 can I use turkey bacon instead and not use oil too? That sandwich looked good to make for my Mom when she goes to work, I like to use less oil for her health and turkey bacon is her favorite the regular bacon is a bit too salty for her.
