i- y'all won't believe this!!! I was warming up like half an hour ago, but stopped cause I wasn't feeling it and the workout I had planned seemed too tiring. so I got into bed, scrolling on my phone, and ,,,, lo and behold!!! exactly what I needed. Em, you're a gem 💓💓

Yes! I despise doing ab workouts but I loved this cause sometimes, depending on the move I can’t do it for the 30-50 second intervals. Was able to finish my workout feeling accomplished instead of annoyed at needing to modify some of the exercises.

I really love your videos! I just started my fitness journey this year and your channel has helped me to keep active. Last month I couldn't do all the reps to this video and had to stop bewteen moves a lot. Now, it's still a bit of a struggle, I'm able to do almost the whole video through. I'm super proud of myself. Anyway, that's for helping me keep active!

I've recently been using your dance routines as a warm up, and this one as a finisher! Had to move to another more intense HIIT training video set, but I'm still staying loyal! It's a journey.

I just discovered this workout and it ABSOLUTELY suits what I wanted, I am not in the mood of doing the rutine of abs thats I always do and I needed something quick but efective. I have been following you for like a month and I can't express enough how much your videos have made my fitness journey so much better and fun. Thanks for the effort you put on every video Emily, you are a total rockstar and I am here for it. PD: my abs do hate you.

I did this after a HIIT one and i have regrets: Emily: "you guys are going to hate me." Me: "it can't be that bad, we're almost there' Emily: "no breaks" Me: go to hell and i hope fire burn more than my abs rn Okay but i've got this pinned to do it again later this week! It absolutely sucked, thanks so much :)

Will this help lower abs. That is my problem lol. I have been doing the chloe ting 2 week ab workout (2021), lower ab workout and 2021 2 week shred and doing your dance workouts or 30 mins on he elliptical 5x a week for almost 2 weeks. And hiking and walking on off days.
