It’s a project, her voice but slow. She named the voice Joseph ;) just found out after being so confused

If they didn’t use auto tune to pitch it down, they used an octaver. Hendrix popularized this for his guitar. Either way it’s some sort of pitch shifter. Possibly Eventide. You can’t “slow down” her voice when they are all clearly plaiting in real time.
