What a perfect woman. THE perfect woman! I have been enthralled by her since I first saw her in the black and white reruns of the avengers on Channel 4 in the UK in the 1980's. Diana Rigg as Mrs Peel is the embodiment of perfection. Total swoonerama!

There was ( and still is, looking at this clip) something about this lady. The little smiles, the grin in her eyes that gives you feeling it is sincere and not faked or acted..... she is not 'pretty' but she is beautiful in each and every way.... she has that 'gewisse etwas', something magical you can't put your finger on..... I never believed in magic until now.....

Beauty is timeless. Diana was only a few months younger than my Mum but thanks to reruns & Canadian TV I was watching The Avengers in the 70s & thought she was gorgeous. I wonder if Emma Peel was the inspiration for Amy Pond on Doctor Who.

In Avengers they made it all extraordinary all the time! The A -team , an Us product ,the characters were well chosen from nuts, crazy and lunatic... to the general, but the class? Americans have not a clue.
