Fantastic game and a well deserved victory. Emma's interview asking people to "keep calm and be patient" while she finds her feet at the top level was so mature and absolutely spot on. The journalists especially need to take note, in honesty some of their reporting of her success (and perceived failure at Indian Wells) has been embarrassing and amateurish!! She knows what she's doing, leave her alone to do it and to keep making us all proud.

Solid win against a determined player. Good experience for Emma who needs games like this to learn the bread and butter element of the WTA tour. Bogdan raised her game in the 2nd set and Raducanu had to fight hard to win, but it was a good sign that she still came out on top. Tougher task in the QFs but her learning process will continue.

Definitely saw some major improvements from Raducanu after Tuesday's game against Hercog. I think she's starting to get the hang of this sort of court. Tense moments in the second set, but all in all, a much better performance today. That being said, Kostyuk is going to be an extremely tricky opponent in the QF. I definitely think that one is gonna be a three-setter, and I think it could go either way.

Agreed. Emma has so little experience on the tour and, after Indian Wells, the pressure to win her next match must have been intense so it was a great achievement to get over the line against Hercog. Another learning process and important development for Emma.. Her game is steadily coming back... She navigated her way through this match and succesfully secure the victory.. Her serves was terrific all day ...FH cross and down the line looks very aggressive and dominating.. BH cross and down the line was penetrating beautifully, ( big factor in her game...) With the exception of the INSIDE OUT BH DOWN THE LINE that caused her few critical points.. I think her preparation phaze and the stance needs some adjustment, plus she was hitting the ball with massive power and at the same time aiming too close to the line, was not the right combination...One important stroke is missing in her game and that is the drop shot, to use when the opponent is out of position, out balance or notably slow footed.. Otherwise, overall performance improved tremendously..Her positive outlook looks very positive and improving...She was bouncing up and down during the foreperiod stage ( a usual ritual moment trying to ease up the pressure & tension ) She needs to play more 250 pts tourn. few more times before testing the water in 500 pts to develop a more mature level game.. Progressively, she's navigating smoothly through the transition process..EMMA'S INCREDIBLE TALENT WILL ALWAYS BE THERE BUT, THAT WILL DEFEND ON WHO CAN BEST UTILIZE THAT GREAT POSSESION..GOOD COACHING IS PARAMOUNT IMPORTANT AT THIS STAGE OF HER DEVELOPMENT TO STAY AFLOAT AND COMPETITIVE... Emma is willing to work diligently to achieve her quest for tennis paramountcy... must utilize the self knowledge and self realization to play consistent tennis to win a higher levels ofcompetition. Her ability to win is directly connected to her adequate mental and tactical habits...EMMA we are always on your side no matter what.. Work very hard, relax and in two years, you will be rank no. 1 in the world and domination will begin.. Congratulations Emma on winning your match today!!! WE CARE!!

Congratulations Emma keep going. Is Laylah not playing this tournament? Though I’m not her fan.

No. I think she's ended her season already.

She was supposed to play the Billie Jean Cup early november with Canada but she forfeited. Emma should just focus on playing her best game. Not on other players.

She thinks she's a big shot now and don't see the point of playing smaller events

why Emma’s interviews are included in the highlights and other player’s aren’t? seems unfair! yes she is a hot prospect and you get your views and clicks, but come on, if you start including interviews (which is very welcome!), you should treat every win and every player equally
