Just wanted to mention that coffee increases your cortisol levels a lot. Maybe incorporating/switching to decoffeinated coffee would help. Greetings from Germany:)

Are you confusing cortisol and cholesterol? You mentioned having high LDL levels which is a measure of cholesterol.

No, I have slightly high LDL cholesterol but I have SUPER high cortisol levels which is a stress hormone. Both I am working to optimize.
