Great video. Thank you so much. Is there any data and/or concern about using ostial flash balloons because by changing stent structure (eg flaring) one might cause more in-stent complications.

As far as I know there is one study (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27259089) showing larger minimum lumen area when Ostial Flash was used.

Dear Sir, Thank you very much. when doing Szabo technique , Do you inflate the balloon of the stent at low pressure or not ? if yes , do yo deflate it again or not?

Good Day, Sir can you please let me know, in independent hand technique while you disengage or engage the guide catheter, or adjust stent/balloon/wire, what is your expert opinion whether we have to open or close Y connector port , especialy after flaring while we rail the guide back to engage over a deflated balloon,and which hand right or left we have to keep Yconnector port open or close as we are using left hand for guide and right hand for stent balloon and wire.

RCA: steep LAO +/- caudal. Left main: LAO caudal and LAO cranial.
