Words can't express the thanks I feel toward you for this... Emmanuel is not God's name but it was a n arbitrary name for a child that was special. He was born a special way and would be ordained for a distinct purpose. Immanuel: "untainted one", "alleviator of pain" He was born ta two parents who we can discern were anticipating his arrival. He would be a beacon of light to shine in communities of people because he wasn't desirous of fleshly things (i.e. sex) The way God intended for families to thrive was showcased "through" him and was the foretaste of the healing he wanted his children to experience.
