Hi Emmanuelle! I started taking drum lessons in school way back in the 1970's. I never did learn the rudiments because I would never practice them. I learned only about 2 or 3 rudiments. I'm only a mediocre drummer because I never practiced the rudiments during the years when I was in school. I'm 60 years old now. You inspired me to learn the 40 drum rudiments!! Thank you! I bought myself a drum pad and I watch your tutorial videos! Way back when I was in school there were only 26 rudiments.☺ Ron

I was going to express this myself except that I started at 6 years old at home on my brothers 1963 Ludwig till I was therteen, my bros sold the drums,,,so at age 50 gotten my own set of Sonor 3005 practice a few months and joined a garage band,,,I'm not that good, I'm 65 now but It's fun! We called our band,,, The Traffic Jammers Band Check it out on KZbin Cheer's To and have fun on your drums🎼🎧🎶🎤🎵

Emmanuelle Caplette made her debut at the age of 9 years when joining a local Drum and bugle corps. For 8 years she played snare with different corps from Quebec. It is during these years that she won many awards including first place at the provincial individuals championship in Quebec, four consecutive years in a row! Bonjour Mme Caplette, Encore une fois votre technique est incroyable, solide comme c'est pas permi. J'espère que vous êtes apprécié à la hauteur de votre talent bien entendu supporté par une technique EXCELLENTE. je pratiquais des partitions dans certaines méthodes de Charley Wilcoxon et je suis tombé en amour avec la partition de Thérèse qui à mon sens est très effective et nous procure beaucoup de plaisir à s'entendre la jouer est-ce que c'est vous qui l'avez conçu et si oui bravo . On attend votre méthode avec impatience. Je viens de m'acheter un snare de fanfare Mapex 14 x 12, et je n'ai pas vraiment de conseiller qui peuvent m'aider dans les magasins de musique, à savoir comment ¨tuner¨ le snare. j'ai acheté une peau Evans hybride et j'attend pour bien¨tuner¨ce snare d'avoir les vrais techniques . Est-ce que vous donnez de la formation à ce sujet et si oui ! comment fonctionnez-vous ? merci
