hey! A matcha making tip - if you let the water go warm rather than boiling you'll get the best flavour! 🍵

My neurospicy brain also struggles with actively reading if I’m not sat by a pool or on a plane or train or something. When I read at home I find that reading aloud can help me a lot. I don’t read the whole book out loud, but if I notice my brain is checking out I’ll start reading aloud to kind of re-sync my brain and my eyes to the act of reading and actually consuming it.

hey girly, if you're into matcha I REALLY recommend Bird & Blend - they have so many flavours from Raspberry Ripple to Superfood (which tastes like blueberry muffins). To make your matcha add the powder and add a bit of cold water first before hot so you don't burn the flavour as matcha is green tea and quite delicate!! enjoy

Loved the nostalgic section of the vlog! I can relate to so much.. I used to right notes to the tooth fairy too haha now my mum tells me how painful it was to write a response 😂

I understand the struggle with reading, unfortunately 😭 it’s definitely an adhd thing, I’ve dealt with it for as long as I can remember. I have no clue how I got through high school and college without cracking a single book 😂

Thanks so much for talking about reading Emma, I strongly believe I have ADHD and also can’t read for the reasons you are talking about, I look like I am reading but I am not. If ever you feel comfortable to talk about it I would love to see a video about the diagnosis process for ADHD. Xx

I used to love reading as a teenager, and then I randomly stopped. This year I wanted to get more into reading again. I bought acotar mainly because you hyped it up so much, and I’m loving it so much! Currently in the second book, and all I want to do is read. I wanted to thank you for recommending it! 🤍
