Happy Sabbath. I'm wondering why the high priests and the pharisees remembered Jesus saying that He would rise up again on the third day and so demanded that the tomb should be sealed less His disciples would come and steal His body but the disciples and all the believers didnt remember and so were very sad and afraid.

The comment about you don't sing to make your self happy, you sing because you are happy is a false statement. People sing for both reasons. I believe E G White writtings talk about lifting the spirit of others in encouragement by singing. Some happy songs are written under duress.
