\i could never forgive ED for what they did to Jackson. He was a nice ordinary man (and far too good for Aaron at the time). What I think is worse is that Jackson did so much to help him and is buried in the churchyard but Aaron never mentions him. I think he made one visit to the grave when he was drunk an full of self pity. Ben is very much like Jackson, and I don't think Ben would take Aaron's nonsense.

This is a damn soap... the man was on emmerdale for ONE DAMN YEAR (2010-2011). That is almost a full DECADE ago in REAL LIFES TIME, which means it’s been way longer on the show. Let him TF go... don’t know why y’all acting like he’s supposed to be mentioned every damn season. He got killed off, the end... like damn. Well, to be fair, Aaron was still a bad boy back then as well (lying, thieving, beating people, etc.) But yes, someone calmer is now the order of the day. I'm excited to see where this goes. It also doesn't hurt that Ben looks delicious. (Shallow gay moment)
