Why is he allowed to hit people? He has the capacity to be disciplined. Even toddlers are disciplined when they hit people. No wonder they other kids are being mean to him. It is not right but imagine you were being hit and on one was trying to stop it and the person doing it was getting away with it. I work in healthcare and I have friends who are attendants to special needs kids and this would never be permitted. It certainly does not help the child. Poor Leo is being let down by his school if they allow this.
