I get Gabby is upset but the way she just acted proves she will never change, not with maturity or life experience. She will always be vindictive, patronising and a bully. She forgets that the one reason she's apart of the Tate family is because of a one night stand with Jamie. It isn't like she married into or a blood relative. Kim will step on her at some point and it'll snap her back into reality. Ashley would be so ashamed of those actions.

She has zero right to evict them. Even a bad lawyer could win this case. And Kim would NOT support this if it meant potential legal problems. I usually love Gabby but she's behaving like a brat, and a Kim wanna-be. Kim's decisions follow logic though and aren't based on pure rage.

Doesn’t matter even if Amelia is not pregnant. You cannot legally evict a tenant in England with 48 hours notice. I wish one soap would show a realistic eviction of tenants for once. Get the housing charity Shelter involved. Maybe even include a wee besom like Gabby being arrested for an illegal eviction.

I hate Gabby!!! I get Amelia dropped Thomas and he could've e seriously hurt. But It's not like Amelia Dropped him on Purpose, she Fainted. And yeah her taking the syrup was wrong, but she was literally struggling with her body image and mental health. She should be getting more support not blame. And she is now Pregnant, and all Gabby wants to do is punish her even more and make her homeless in the process. Shame on Gabby. And Thomas was literally fine in the end, as he was literally sent home soon after, so I don't even get why she still is angry.

She didn't want to make Gabby more stressed than she already was, yes what Amelia did was wrong and yes this decision might reverse when Gabby eventually finds out about Amelia's pregnancy, but Gabby is her own person and not like this with Kim's influence or not, she's got zero right to do this. Can't just evict people from lying about an incident and I mean it's not like Gabby and Kim are innocent angels.

Yeah, Gabby couldn't give them short notice to leave in real life. As of October 2021 landlords have got to give tenants at least 2 months to leave. I would have thought the writers would have picked up on that.
