If I remember correctly Jacob wasn't the pillar of sanctity and contrition with his behavior way back when. Noah is a teenager. What he did was wrong but Dawn constantly staring at him isn't exactly mature either. A lot of these people have done far more awful things and still haven't Been punished. Noah needs to be contrite and field punishment but don't act like he's the first messed up kid in Emmerdale .

I don’t know what you are talking about in regards to Jacob. He hasn’t ever acted out in this kind of way. His behaviour became erratic and aggressive during the Maya story but that was because he was being abused by her. Hardly the same. Also, Noah is 18 years old, he is legally an adult. He hasn’t just made a mistake he made conscious decisions to repeatedly violate Chloe’s privacy, his behaviour would have escalated and if Charity hadn’t have came home that day, would he have just stopped at holding Chloe down in the floor with his hand over her mouth. Seriously get real. These aren’t stupid teenage mistakes, it’s dangerous and deviant behaviour that was escalating. His attitude in the aftermath is also very telling, he is not taking any responsibility for his own actions.
