James was such a bad Dad to Ross. If Ross had thought he had killed Pete, James would have marched him to the police station himself. But James wanted to protect Pete because he was his favourite.

Agreed. Biames is the reason this happened, if he’d have treated Pete and Ross the same, things would’ve been so different right now. He nearly killed Ross twice, not to mention everything else he did, cheating on Emma, then throwing her out for what he did and then throwing Ross out and killing that girl with the drugs. Then he killed himself, Finn and Emma. It was all Biames’ doing.
