To be fair, Jacob didn't know that the girl wasn't April. He was just going on what the paramedic was saying. Even she said that the girl was believed to be April. However he shouldn't have broken protocol and procedure by contacting Marlon. He should have waited until he knew for sure if it was her.

Jacob made a massive massive mistake which yes could be bad for others future lives affecting wise... he's learning though. Professionally Jacobs head Nurse shouldn't have spoken to him like that truly.

What an emotional rollacoaster - sadly mistakes happen- so having done a little work in the caring profession- the paramedic did say ' April Windsor' , my gosh how they do their jobs, I'll never know! Sarah had a heart(?) Transplant not that long ago so it's unfair to say she isn't doing anything that worthwhile with her life, she helps at her families mechanic place x

I hardly think what Jacob did by phoning Marlon & Rhona about April was wrong at all, he was just acting on their best interests & he knew they wanted to be contacted the moment they found out anything Yes it may indeed be hospital policy that he broke but, everyone is going to make mistakes on their first day in hospital which is always The Most Difficult Day for anyone new to face

He was just being a family member and letting Marlon Marlon Know that his daughter was rushed in a in a very bad way and it turns out too be not his daughter after all that and too is someone else's little girl he should off not been getting Marlon hopes up and getting him too him too look at a dead girl turnes out too be someone else daughter!!😪🤔it could off been a lot worse!💔
