In all of my life have never heard Ave Maria sung so reverently and so beautifully.. Emmet's expression and hand gestures.. Especially at the end of the hymn.. were so genuine and true you felt what he was feeling.. One of Schubert's most beloved compositions. Emmet's exquisite and powerful voice performed it exactly as the composer wished it to be.. and so beautifully and as a song of worship.. applause at the end somehow seemed wrong.. although Emmet had certainly earned it., No one I have heard sings this as Emmet does.. he sings from his heart.. he modulates his powerful voice gently and oerfectly.. and his pianist matched him note for note.. his playing almost whispering in the quiet places.. resulting in a superb and beautiful presentation., Emmet Cahill is in a class by himself as a tenor.. in my opinion he is phenomenal and indomitable..best I have been privileged to hear.. and he is a kind and gentle man as well.,, once you meet him you will find him unforgettable., . to know him is to love him.. and so we do! Thank you Emmet.. and thank you to the kind producer of this beautiful video for sharing with all of us., so wonderfully done it was! Jen999💙
