Just saw them last night in Portland, Oregon. Legendary bassist Chuck Israels sat in for a couple of tunes. Sold out show. It was fabulous. Jazz lives!

While many many piano players of the present play patterns mainly Emmet tells us a new story every time he touches the keys. His sidemen are a great support. This is breathtaking.

I can't get over how beautiful this music is! This EC3 power trio (with Philip Norris & Kyle Poole) during their LIVE concert reaches a perfect blend of all the best heartfelt notes, ensemble work, and swing. Very nice photography too of this show 🎹
