Honestly, I was hoping Brendan would have taken the bullet for Ste and died, ending Walker's vengeance storyline powerfully, proving his love for Ste no matter how broken and freeing Ste, Cheryl and his kids to love the man he could have been -- knowing his last days were about protecting them, especially instead of whatever this is they're doing.

I totally agreed with most of the comments here... It's suppose to be Brendan's last remaining storyline... but all i see is this Kevin and Walker's BULLSHIT!!! I'm sort of the opposite, since Brendan suffered sustained, systematic abuse throughout his formative years which stunted any healthy coping mechanisms and made him a little batshit, the guy did try and commit suicide as a teen and the actual physical harm he's caused has been impulsive/uncontrolled/bad coping whereas Walker coldly watched Lyndsey murdered while she begged him for help and poisoned a 15 yr old because his brother voluntarily took drugs and it turned out badly.

I don't have a problem with *Brendan* answering for his crimes and if Walker had just shot him dead, or had made him *think* he was going to hurt a loved one to torment him then lured him to his death, I'd be okay. I have a problem with everybody from Riley to Declan suffering for Brendan's crimes. By Walker's reasoning, Riley's family has just as much right to torment and kill him and anyone he cares about --more since Riley left a larger family and 2 children.

I honestly can not understand what is going on in their heads. They go out of their ways to convince us of BB's changes and his love for Ste. Then, on BB exit, they kick Ste to the curb, and make a pretty mediocre, soap 101, revenge plot for a character that has been very important to the show...Are those people high?

Preach! Not to mention Ste had to be a lot more involved in this. I would not describe myself as a stendan fan, but no one can deny that they are the center of each other's world. BB last storyline HAD to be stendan centric.

Yes, I did wonder as well since I'm so wordy, ran out of room to comment that he was probably walking the edge anyway, before his brother's death and his own feelings of guilt for not protecting his brother, which may have been his responsibility for a long time, drove him over. The actor is terrific and I could have seen him staying on the canvas after Brendan was gone, more so than Kevin, but I have a feeling he's not going to make it, and Kevin might be the new bad boy trying to go good.

I can't believe the writers could be this careless. Seriously, whether you love him or hate him, Brendan Brady is an EPIC character and this is how the writers choose to have him exit? All these sub plots surrounding him and he is nowhere to be seen for days...Are they going to wait until the end of the month to build up the Brady/Walker showdown and BAM! That's it! Terrible SL for such a memorable character's exit.

you have so many gay/lesbian characters,yet can't write decent stories for them,what a shame.i don't really care about walker or his brother.i care about what brendan has gone through with the physical/sexual abuse,his relationship with ste.thats why hollyoaks has been popular this past couple of yrs.its been about brendan and ste.
