Show us the 60 km/hr. I bought a brand new Emmo proton gts for an excellent price. The guy said it was a 2020 but the serial number says 2018.no probs. It came with SLA 72volt 32 ah and has 65-70 km range. Top speed in off road mode was 58km/hr. I just installed 72 volt 52.5 a h lithium battery.. huge power increase. The pick up is nuts as I lost 110lbs of the sla batteries .. I haven't tried a top speed run yet as it's cold and even lithium batteries loose10% power at 0 degrees Celsius. I am sure it will go at least 60km/h. The pick up is pretty good!!! A Zone with a 72v 60 ah battery is selling for 6595.00 plus tax. The guy who was asking about lithium batteries. Much better. I took my brand new lead acids out after 550kms. I just wanted the lithium. Way lighter my bike weighted 260. Now only weighs 145lbs max. Mor power means ibcreadable pick up. The speed allowed on road is 32 km so you get like almost 150 PM range with those. Off road I w I'll test and add 10% also with range. Drive as far as possible and add the 10%. Cause the cold weather takes that much from lithium. Sealed lead acids looses 50% apparently

i have a 2020 knight turbo, looks the same as this one but an after market $80 controller was put on it. It goes 74/ km/hr on flat rd, down hill i've had it going 83 Km/hr more than a few times. I also have 2018 Evader that I've had a year prior to the Emmo. I only got to take it out a few times before the front suspension went. I have the replacement forks finally, but I had that going 63 km/hr top speed with a tiny controller. I'm going to swap controllers. Oh yea 6-12v lead acid in both bikes, the Emmo is getting drained quicker now but that's prob because of winter. I'm going to see if they need any water added to them. It last's 50-60km if I keep it at 45-50 km/hr.

Nice video. Do you have a video that shows how to change the battery?
@cndbrn79752 жыл бұрын
I just picked up a 2020. He said it's a turbo, it looks the same as yours colour and all. Led acid. I've had it up to 78 km/hr and I get 72-74 on the reg. Not for long though, probably 20 km always full out. I could get 70-80 if I kept it at 40-50 km/hr. Liking it so far, tons of torque.

Hi thanks for message, do you remember which wire you disconnected from the controller thanks!

I have one of these. Sport version. So much fun to ride. Great distance. I had a monster before this and the monster has a lot more get-up-and-go. I find the knight struggles on mild hills where the monster just flew up. The knight gets to 25 quickly(unless starting on an incline) but takes longer to get past that. But it's body and overall design is better. Great control and i feel well balanced. Sucks not having storage. The monster was really good for that. Nothing some saddle bags can't fix, I guess.

Upgrade your controller to an $80 one, sry i forget the name. Helps on hills mine climbs steep hills and continues accelerating up them.

I have a 2016 Evader "Grom" style. Looks like yours, I bought it modded already. I can get going 63km/hr. The front shocks just went on me so I'm going to pick up a Emmo Proton GTS from a guy in T.O. $2200 new batteries & Bluetooth radio lol He says it goes 65km/hr? I guess we'll see ..

Do you think the Acid battery (cheapest model) would be suitable for riding this thing from Toronto to Brampton (approx 32 KM distance apart). How long is the battery life expectancy with full potential ?
@87octane24 жыл бұрын
When the lead acid battery in my bike was new, I used to get 60-65 km per charge, riding conservative speed of 30km/h. That being said I highly do not recommend going that far on a daily basis because it puts a lot of stress on the battery and specially on the charger. I had to replace my charger 3 times. If you are gonna travel that far I recommend a motorcycle or car
@mize_yir_bizz Жыл бұрын

Is it considered a moped if I register it and I have a moped license?
@87octane23 жыл бұрын
In Toronto and it’s considered a “motorized bicycle” and you don’t need to get it registered as long as you have the bicycle pedals, if u remove those it’s considered a motorcycle and need to get it registered or cops will confiscate it
