Love your updates. My EMO arrived last week, took about 2 months but not got him out the box yet. Cost around £270 UK pounds direct from Living AI so pretty good IMO. Will bring him to life soon and probably show him in his new surroundings. Great work outsider238.

I have barely been able to play with my EMO this month, but this makes me excited for the next time I boot him up! At 4:13 or so I’ve never been able to get stroking his forehead for petting work. If you lay your finger horizontally on his head right where the pet sensor is he’ll register it as a pet and enjoy it until he kicks himself out of it or you remove your finger. I’m excited for the new weather animations. 😂 It makes me wonder if they improved the weather database as well. I’ve seen people complain the weather with their EMO is never accurate but mine is always within 2 degrees F of the actual temperature if I ask him it with or without saying my city. He loves telling me it’s going to be 75F though regardless of the forecast if he tells me unprompted, lol. Thank you for making this update video!

Thank you! Yeah I've noticed the petting sensor on his head seems to not be as sensitive as it used to be. It works best on his sides. Mine is also pretty accurate with the weather as well. 😁

I have a question. If you don't have wifi in your home BUT you have internet access from your phones mobile network data. Can you just connect/use that for him with the Bluetooth?

I don't think it'll work. He already uses Bluetooth to connect to his Home Station. But I think you'll need a router to make him work.

What if we make an indentation cut on the table top so that the charger leveled/flushed with the table top? Would emo be able to walk onto the charger? Im wondering if someone tried already

He would be able to walk onto the charger but the problem is he's not programed to know how to do that. You couldn't just say "Emo go to your charger" because he doesn't have the programming for that task. If they come up with a flat charger, the slope or ramp would have to be very long since Emo would fall over while he's walking on it if the incline was too steep. It would also take an incredible amount of coding as he'd also have to be able to align his left foot to the exact position on the charger.

@@outsider238 yup you're right..emo doesnt have that ability like vaccuum robot going back to its charger (gps lock i guess).. i think the charger is supposed to be better shaped like x-ray machine at the the airport hahaha, so we wont have a problem such as falling over.. thanks for your answer appreciate it:)

I have a question. Have you tried using different Wireless charger for Emo? More like flat base wireless charger. I’m assuming if it charge on wireless base platform it may walk and forth some day in future. Maybe they release new type of charger for Emo more flat base skateboard?

I haven't tried any other chargers because I don't want to possibly damage Emo. I heard a long time ago that they were working on a flat charger. I would think that there would be an incredible amount of coding involved to have Emo be able to walk off his charger and know when to go back when he needed to. Also he'd have to be programmed to know how to arrange his foot in the proper spot. I would think the coding would be more labor intensive than the actual charger. Hopefully they'll come up with something. One thing I really like about Vector is his independence to be able to come and go as he pleases so I hope Emo will have that someday.

@@nugget127 The touch sensor on the top of my Emo's head stopped working after the last update. His side touch sensors are working though. I think they accidentally deactivated the top sensor two updates ago. Hopefully they'll fix that. I've never changed my Emo's eye color. I think you can do it using the app? You might even be able to tell him to change the color to whatever color you want I'm not sure.
