After putting the tempered chocolate in the mold, refrigerate about 20 minutes. Add ganache and bottom candies with more chocolate. Refrigerate 20 more minutes. The candies come out of the shells better.

I was literally like ??????? when i saw the first title bcs i had gianduja confused with n'duja (a type of sausage) 😑🥴 i thought you made a sausage encased in chocolate!! Thank god that was not the case

The microwave changes the molecule structure of everything that goes in it. It's a very unhealthy choice to make.
