They played super well with great pharah mechanics. I think with Emonggs advice they'll def hit masters. Great job!

I feel like the enemy team had some better positioning overall for team fights, particularly the soldier. Even in the instances where OP had a numbers advantage, they’d lose it due to inferior positioning. ETA: literally immediately when Pharah allows the team (or the team takes the initiative) to fully take the vanguard, Pharah fully in the backline versus playing aggro, they take the cart and are cleanly pushing.

Alright so, in today’s video we’re watching a Plat 3 Christmas present opener but they complain their whole family keeps swapping. Let’s see how they get on.

Yeah, having been a Pharah one trick myself (high Diamond), I see this person being able to get into Masters. Certain maps obviously will create issues, but they seem to have the correct mix of sense and skill.
@watermalin15 сағат бұрын
ALRIGHT…so?? lol i loved that you kept that in the beginning
@Connector7th18 сағат бұрын
One tricking is tough of a personal grind. I find it justifiable if you communicate akin to swapping to adjust with the team(probably another dive hero). Both together will net you those results sooner.
@Arpadiam42 минут бұрын
as a pharah one trick here too and stuck in silver, this was very insightful, i will try to get better at corner pocketing and flanking, aiming is no problem for me since most of my games i end up with above 60% of direct hit accuracy
@sagechanged79235 сағат бұрын
Pharah is still a nightmare to deal with and extremely oppressive. Seeing someone one trick them all the way to diamond isn't surprising since players in that rank can actually aim.

3:24 looks like CoD timing. You looked that way shots rocket, no dmg and then they instantly turned the corner. Thing that was just perfect timing on their part.

honestly, the enemy team was just playing VERY well

@superhero650217 сағат бұрын
@@adalbertocastillo1168i kind of agree with the first comment one tricking in general shouldn’t be a norm because sometimes your team doesn’t need your character and you should swap to something that would benefit them more especially in high ranks, but this person played really well considering they went up against pharah’s biggest counters (ana, soldier and ashe), so props to them
@Maidandthepocketwatchofblood17 сағат бұрын
And people like Zbra and other one tricks ignore swapping and still get GM. One tricking isn't the problem. It's communicating with teammates and being a good teammate. People really don't understand this. They don't have to appease the team by swapping if they can still get the job done.
@ragingdemon134417 сағат бұрын
@@Maidandthepocketwatchofblood But this dude didn't get the job done, did he? Mentioning one or two one tricks who made it to the top doesn't deny the fact that most onetricks are stuck in low elos. The succesful ones are the exception, not the norm.
@DRandR1productionz18 сағат бұрын
I mean also not playing pharah into soldier, ashe and ana might help as well
@ericwilson321118 сағат бұрын
bro pls teach me how to even get to diamond lol my name is literally "pharah1trick" and idk why high elo players say shes broken, even some plat players are cracked at aiming smh then they go dva and its ggs
@phil150016 сағат бұрын
It can be harder at lower ranks because your supports are going to have trouble helping you as much, you have to keep their sightlines open and easy. Try to be communicative, that's the biggest thing, talk to your supports, let your team know when you're flanking, if everyone's looking at you in the sky, let them know to push. Attention is key. Time your engagements, don't go into the skybox against hitscans all the time, never fall straight down, you need to hit your target before they see you. If you're having trouble with dva, just outthink her. Play on the ground near your team or around a corner, spam early to force the dm, keep your cds, wait for her to boost then take off, you have to bait her out, she wants to be on top of you

Emongg said in an old video about a pharmercy duo and he said: poke against short-range heroes and dive against long-range heroes. This guy probably lost because he didn't dive enough on the last fights. He was neglecting that free off angle behind the point and when he dove he did with 94 health

Change your nickname. You are inviting the counterswap by letting them know you are OTP.
@The_Milkman_Delivers18 сағат бұрын
Watching someone continue to pound away at sand when triple countered is tilting. At least most one tricks pick someone who isn't so map dependent and easily countered. It's just going to get worse if he climbs as well, where there pharah becomes rather trivial to pick out of the sky
@PandaDasKissen15 сағат бұрын
Most people have fun playing a single character. Playing against counters can make you a better player overall.
@Real_MisterSir12 сағат бұрын
The fact that you think "hitscan = pharah is countered" is the real crime here lmao please never play pharah you have no clue about the hero
