That was so hilarious in the play! I also loved "This looks like a Pier One shower curtain! Where's my bird? Has anyone seen my bird?" Then, there was the sound of a bird squawking offstage. "Zazu! Daddy's coming!" Hilarious. Just hilarious.

In case if people are wondering what Zazu saw and why he replied "Well this wasn't in the cartoon." He's talking about the curtains. 😄 If I was Zazu, I'd be confuse as he is. After all, who'd place giant theater curtains in the middle of the savannah?

"This wasn't in the cartoon!" Actually, Zazu, this song *was* in the cartoon. "Grasslands' Chant", "The Lioness Hunt", "Chow Down", "They Live In You", "Rafiki Mourns", "One By One", "Shadowland" and "Endless Night" weren't. "Madness Of King Scar" was cut, and "He Lives In You" was part of the second movie.

The line actually changes depending on the locality of the show. In most American productions, Zazu references Target, pronouncing it sarcastically as “Tar-jay!” In most European productions (particularly the U.K.), he mentions IKEA. And whenever the show tours to Memphis, Tennessee, he mentions Graceland (Elvis’s mansion). Just a fun pop-cultural adlib
