Emor | Erev Shabbat: Say

Join us for our Erev Shabbat service We will be going through the weekly teachings from Monte Judah. "Emor," Hebrew for 'say,' begins with the word “speak” or “say.” The Hebrew word picture for this word is “the strength of the headwaters.” Just as with the headwaters of a river, the stronger and more faithful the source of the waters determines the life of the river, whether it becomes a great river or a small creek. The same is true of the strength and holiness of our faith. "Emor" begins with the special laws pertaining to the priesthood. Chapter 23 specifically addresses God’s appointed times - from Sabbath through Passover to Tabernacles. "Emor" ends with the incident of a man executed for blasphemy, the penalties for murder, causing injury, and destroying property. It is the headwaters of our faith to keep all of the commandments of Torah, which are part of the River of Life.

I know that many U tube podcasters out there claim to not view other casters sights, but in light of your resent video I feel that checking out Nick VanderLaan and his sight may be of great importance to you. I have viewed his findings since 2017 in which he has extensively studied and compiled a very informative Zadok calendar pointing to chapter and verse as well as book, that his material was taken from. He started in 2017 with the Revelation 12 sign and has taken readings for the calendar at the Eastern Sun diel for the exact Spring Equinox occurrence. I understand wanting to be Biblically accurate and I so appreciate that. But I have come to the comments several times since your announcing this change in your ministry and inquired as to the question that you put forth towards the end of this video. You said who makes the judgement as to what calendar we are to follow. And I have stayed repeatedly here the fact that God Himself instructed Israel to follow the judgements of the elders/Sanhedrin. I've asked several times about this issue. And I'm very concerned if it's more important to follow a calendar that the Sanhedrin decided all Israel is to follow or are we to follow this Zadok calendar or the astronomical and agricultural biblically correct calendar? This is really coming at a time that I think is going to cause much confusion and we should wait till either the Sanhedrin reconvene and change that judgement or wait for Messiah to change us to whatever calendar is Biblical. I really wish you would address this point brother Monte.

That requires a detailed study and clear understanding of the time that Messiah walked the earth. Long and the Short is that; - Messiah and the Father are ONE. - They are Eternal. - THEY CAN NEVER CHANGE - THEY CAN NEVER LIE. Yisrael returned from the last exile from Babylon with Babylon. In Babylon they had placed the Torah with the Talmud and the Creator’s calendar with the Babylonian calendar. At the time of Messiah there were already at least three calendar’s in use, hence Shaul writes about “when the fullness of Shavuot had come” - meaning when the last of the various dates called by the various calendars had past. Because Messiah is UNCHANGEABLE, He could and would NEVER have followed, taught, condoned or accepted ANY changes to ANY part of His Torah. Anyone who would claim that, would then be calling Him a liar too, because it is written that He can NEVER change. Daniël prophecied that satan would change the calendar and feasts because in Isaiah we read that satan wants to sit in YHVH’s seat. Since the calendar was changed, satan has been doing exactly that. In that abomination he ensured that the people of YHVH could never experience His presence on His Appointed times, because Yisrael would always pitch on the WRONG date! This should help you to understand why there is so much hate and push back against this critical final restoration, because it exposes the enemy and shows that even Messiah’s prophecy that even the “elect” have indeed been deceived. For background, go to “in that day” ministries of Rob Moore and listen to his faithful pioneering work to restore the calendar. True to the scientist he is, he then tested a number of calendars to see which of them supports Messiah’s resurrection on the 1st day of the week. Only the Zadok calendar does. To get a very clear background and picture of Scriptural references, listen to Eddie Chumney’s recent two teachings on this topic. So often and play back EVERYTHING on both Eddie and Rob’s teachings that you don’t fully understand. Stop and think about it if you Must. Stop and read each scripture in YOUR own Bible. Mark it. But don’t just listen passively. It is critical that you completely understand. Otherwise you just become like the naysayers who passively listen to and embraces whatever tickles their ears the most. If it takes you less than a month to study, test, mark, make your own notes to those teachings, those seeds of the scripture will not grow and bear fruit in your life. Your enemy is defending his very last seat and shall Do everything in his power to rob you. Don’t go looking for people to tickle your ears either. Take those very seriously and get down to serious studying and prayer.

Lol...Ken Johnson did a few non-biased Zadok calendar teachings 2 years ago - pretty interesting...but now I'm moving on to others. Just read an article by John Ogywn suggesting Yeshua followed the Jewish calendar & the Zadok calendar is not mentioned. Hmmm, it sounds like this calendar stuff has been an issue for a long long time. Keeping Yeshua & all that he did, & who He is will remain my focus though... I'm kinda tired of going through "rabbit holes" & remaining confused on a matter...but is IS up to us to "be the Berean" & not walk blindly. Trusting in "men" to just tell us what to do, I have found can lead us astray...been there, done that. Anyway, thank you for your reply & comment. Shalom to you.😊 PS. I reading the Bible from 1909 Reina V, I believe God name is Yehova y Jesus is Yehoshua, also on the New Testament The Messias told us to pray on his father, He always called Him Father, never Yehova, Yehova, Yahweh or Yahweh. Where is a verse that The Messiah pray or call God different names.? After following Lion and Lamb for many years now. I am disappointed with this teaching about the Zadok calendar. So disappointed in fact that I felt I needed to make a comment. What would please YHWH more, a small group keeping His feasts on the correct date? OR everybody in unity keep His appointed times together worldwide? Also, what is more important? To BE right or to DO right? Let's do right and show solidarity with brother Judah in the land, especially in this troublesome time. Let's and do His Feasts on their calendar. It may not be 100% correct but we become one with one another. There is also good reason to believe that the Zadok Calendar was purely theoretical and artificial and was never a real or practical calendar in use in Israel. (from pg 93 "three calendars of ancient Israel" by Julian Morgenstein Published 1924)

I agree… I always thought that we don’t have to keep sabbath. A long time ago. I said “I don’t think God has a problem with us keeping having sabbath on Sunday.” Realize I said ((think)). One day I asked God when is the sabbath? He showed me in a dream it’s Saturday. Then I was guided to Matthew 24:20 and Hebrews chapter 4. During the biblical times we only had one day off not 2. The Roman Catholic Church tried to change sabbath to Sunday. The history of why we have weekends.

Zadok priests were considered hererics by many. Joseph Dumond just did a large write up on why not to follow the Zadok calendar, that its pagan. Please visited his explanation on either KZbin or sightedmoon website. This info is wrong. Sabbath was one of the Ten Commandments. They went of feast days and the moon, not Zadok. Hebrew calendar and Solar sun worship calendar aren’t the only two calendars. This is concerning this is being taught all of a sudden. Why this trend starting all of a sudden with a few pastors?

The Babylonian Hillel calendar is just that - Babylonian. When Israël came back from Babylon after the last exile, this time they did NOT turn back to Torah Like all the prior times. In Babylon they had replaced the Torah with the Talmud and the Creator’s calendar with a Babylonian calculated model. In other words they left Babylon, but took a chunk of Babylon back to the land with them. All that means is that you can celebrate all the Feast days mentioned by scripture, but as long as you keep them on days not determined by the Creator’s calendar, YOU ARE NOT MEETING WITH HIM. You are pitching on days that are not reserved on the Creator’s calender which are the only days the He shall ever show up for His appointments with us. Satan declared that he wants to “sit in the seat of the Almighty” in Isaiah 52. Daniel prophecied that satan was going to change the Creator’s calender and feasts and that is exactly what happened in Babylon. Satan has therefore been “sitting on the seat of the Almighty” for much longer than 2000 years. I don’t care what calendar you follow but as long as you are not following the Creator’s calender you can and shall NEVER meet with Him. You’ll just meet with whosoever’s calender it is, and NOT YHVH. Ever. BECAUSE IT IS WRITTEN THAT HE CAN AND SHALL NEVER CHANGE!!! The exit out of Christian Babylon was an easy and obvious journey of restoration, yet incomplete until the calendar is complete, hence this final restoration is also a journey. But not just any journey. This is the final and most critical part of our journey. That also means that we are now threatening to push the enemy off of his seat. If you still cannot understand why this massive “all of a sudden pushback”, nothing will be able to cure that blindness. You have obviously chosen to NOT embark on this final yet critical journey because you are complacent exactly where you are. What is significant about this is that it is also a very important separation of goats and sheep. Those who are not hearing the call of the Creator to full restoration are all fighting this restoration. They are the majority and shall always be the majority. Those sold on perfect Truth and serving the Creator EXACTLY how He instructed us to, has from the very beginning been the minority. Noah came out with just eight. Gideon’s army was just 300 strong. Just 2 of the 12 spies saw the Truth. Queen Esther and her uncle were just two hated and despised exiles against a network of haters determined to kill every Jew. And so on and so on. When you cook a pot of stew and you decant it into an attractive dish for the table - what is left on the sides and bottom of the pot after decanting - that is the remnant. It is NEVER much. Messiah warned that FEW shall find the full Truth and follow it. Each time there was a separation between Truth and compromise, the faithful remnant versus the compromising majority, the majority suffered severe judgment. Just think about that. Messiah said that it shall be in the last days exactly as in the days of Noah again…. 5 of the ten virgins - they were virgins, set apart, prepared and waiting - but they got real cosy and comfy. And they decided; “Nope, we’ve done our bit. We’ve gone far enough. No more hustling here. You five others you make us tired because you just won’t stop. We’re good now so cut it out.” We all know how that ended, right? Unconditional obedience is always followed by unity. Unity at the expense of Truth / compromise NEVER brings about obedience or restoration. It always ends in judgment. You and your leaders need to get your thinking straightened out…. seek FIRST the Kingdom / obedience. The majority is now running after Unity, c compromise and popular opinion, which dan never be the fruits of unconditional obedience. It shall ALWAYS fail you in the end. IT IS WRITTEN - The Creator is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek Him. Instead of resisting this final journey of restoration, had you all humbled yourselves before the Almighty and implored Him to guide you and unite you with all of the remnant who desire to walk perfectly before Him in all His ways, none would have spewed this anti-Torah, anti unconditional obedience rhetoric. The Kingdom has NEVER been interested in the numbers game, or the unity / popular opinion game, but instead in the few, the remnant who is truly sold out on UNCONDITIONAL OBEDIENCE. Exo 23:2 “Do not follow a crowd to do evil, nor bear witness in a strife so as to turn aside after many, to turn aside what is right. To never ever ever change what is written and to strive to follow just that, THAT IS “WHAT IS RIGHT”. 1Sa 15:22-23 Then Shemu’ěl said, “Does יהוה delight in ascending offerings and slaughterings, as in obeying the voice of יהוה? Look, to obey is better than a slaughtering, to heed is better than the fat of rams. “For rebellion is as the sin of divination, and stubbornness is as wickedness and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of יהוה, He also does reject you as sovereign.” There is ONE thing that I can put my life on, and that is that the Creator has NEVER recognised or condoned or followed the Babylonian Hillel or any other non Scriptural calendar. The next thing I am prepared to put my life on is that when we humble ourselves before the Creator and ask Him to show us the way to full restoration and PERFECT obedience in ALL that He has commanded us, IT IS WRITTEN that He SHALL ALWAYS guide and teach us His ways.

I have always been argued with by people in the church but have honestly been blessed by Yeshua including coming into the Messianic teachings which go along with a lot of what I have been saying all along! In reading the article of the Zadok calendar, I also found that the counting of the Omar should have started on May 4th (not to be confused with the force). Have you seen that? Please let me know if I am wrong. My desire is to be right with Yeshua and His ways!

We love you brother Monte but there is no proof John the baptist was in the Qumran, no proof anyone in Qumran was a Zadok priest, no proof the calendar in Israel came from babylon, more nations followed a solar calendar than a lunar or lunar/solar calendar, "we think that was the calendar Moses followed" - no proof as Enoch didn't write the book of Enoch, the fragments of the so called DSS calendar were too broken and not readable enough to impose some "new" Biblical calendar. If you have any actual proof of any of the afore mentioned items, then put them out so people can see what you are trying to get them to believe. Yes the Zadok priests will be in charge in the temple in the Kingdom, but not here on earth right now. How about the agricultural calendar, using the moon & sun? We agree all should be keeping the feast as they understand it, however, to alienate people based on a false calendar, or at least a calendar that has not been proved by SCRIPTURE, is just wrong. People say those who do not believe the DSS calendar and voice their opinion are being divisive to the brethren, well those who promote this unproven teaching are the ones dividing. Not that anyone is going to bother responding or even care to discuss, which is pretty much the current state of affairs of those teaching this DSS calendar. Simply saying it is the Zadok calendar doesn't make it true.
