Ugh this is something I struggle with very heavily. When I feel sad, I eat bad food because it makes me feel better to eat something delicious. I’ve noticed that when I fast, even after 3 days of not eating, my cravings and food addiction completely goes away. I just need to find the discipline to fast again and learn that food should not be a dopamine reward.
