I can't stress enough how much I needed this❤... I have been excessive in my anger and my emotions generally and it took over me, my life, my thoughts even the way I treat others, I lived in a time of hardship because of my excessiveness but now I understand that peace of my mind can only be found by letting go of that excessiveness staying moderate and by always asking for Allah's guidance. This video saved my life after Allah's help 4 years ago I had a severe mental illness which led to depression and some complications in my physical health as well, and it was all because of excess, i used to play video games all the and scroll through social media and talk to friends online and i never walked out from my room even, i used to sleep all day and have fun all nightz sometimes i didn't see my family for days i just go to the kitchen at night and grab whatever is there and eat it in my room And i wasn't that young even i was 20 years old but i had no brain i was stupid, and i remember this video dropped 4 years ago and i watched it and i used to say this duaa while laying down in my bed listening to Quran trying to fight my overthinking and darkness that overshadowed everything good in my life as a result of my own silly lifestyle, my mom was so worried and she sas trying to help but she never knew how but she gave me comforting words that helped me from time to time but i still remember that this dua'a made a difference in my state and was a part of the remedy that Allah sent in my way Subhanallah Alhamdulillah if Allah doesn't prevent us from our own actions we would've been in deep problems and pain Allah indeed is the most wise and we should trust him when he teaches us about the healthy lifestyle a Muslim should use in his life
