Juliet those tiny things stuck to d back of d stabilizer are called fuse; they are spare fuse that came with d stabilizer so, anytime d one in d stabilizer burn out due to too high voltage , you can pick one from those to replace it and d stabilizer will begin to work again. If you check d back of d stabilizer there is a black rubber cover not far from those fuse ; if u open you see a fuse inside. That's where d fuse stays.
