I would rather call it Mental fitness than Mental health. We don't go to gym because we are sick. We go to gym for fitness. Happy mind should focus on Mental fitness aproach rather than diagnosing and treating Mental health of employees. Nobody likes to call themselves, "iam mentally retarted." No employer wants to identified as organization of mentally suffering employees.
