I miss this soooo much. Firstly, Sheikh Shuraim Himself obviously, but also I miss when they used to do the Khutbah and lead Salahs right from the Mataf Courtyard/in front of the Kabah. Now, all the imams just lead in that little space that's been built specifically for them. I wish they go back to leading and doing Khutbahs from the courtyard near the Kabah

I believe those recitations are from Ramadan 1424 November 2003. Correct me if I'm wrong though

The one from Surah Fussilat is from 1416/1995. The one from Surah Zumar…I have no idea.

Brother what (software?) do you use to translate the khutbahs. Because I have a vintage Khutbah of Sheikh Shuraim's that I would love if you could translate (if you have time, of course; it can just be an excerpt) It's from 1419/1998, and the only thing I know is that the Topic of it is "Muslim Issues" or something like that. I'm linking it below.

@@Unknown-xg9vy I use the Arabic I know (although it’s not much, but it helps) and Google Translate sometimes if I can’t come across a word. But I do have English translations of khutbahs already. And sometimes people help me out.

Brother please upload more of Sheikh Shuraim. I know he's your favourite reciter :) I love his recitations. There are more than plenty recordings of him in the 90s and 2000s in the Golden Years. If you need any links, I'll send them gladly (although I don't think you do, because you know a lot of his recitations)
