People forget this man is only 22. He was a "generational talent" at Chelsea and through his time with England and got a dealt a bad hand with that injury. As a Chelsea fan i wish him all the best, I believe he's got some of his best years ahead of him and Forest is a huge club!!

Generational? Please... Vinicius jr is a year older and look what he has achieved.. Mbappe, 2 years.. Even Coman who has been bombarded by injuries was balling out of control at his age.. He was the best of an average bunch and stood out. Found tougher competition and faded into the back. Word gets thrown around so much, it becomes diluted.. He has some technical ability and pace, let's not get too excited. Well done for making it to the prem but there are far more gifted players at youth level across Europe and South America who won't get the same chances because the system is broken to pass on players who have an inch of flair in their game..

@@moo613 Guess we just need to see what happens now he’s moved Forest, he is still only 22. Personally I think Hudson-Odoi would have ended up a much better player already, despite the injuries, if he was not so horribly mismanaged at Chelsea. Just look at all the failed wingers that have been at Chelsea during the period he was at the club, clearly an issue at Chelsea, not just him as a player. Think he will get a big move in a few years personally.

I think his move might be a win-win-win. Absolutely we (Forest) have got ourself an unbelievable bargain, a true baller, and a good bloke to boot. I think HE might have found the best environment to shepherd him back to his potential, a club and a manager who appreciate him and will give him confidence. Chelsea almost certainly have a loanee who will come back to them all the better for his time away. So pleased and proud to have him. And just quietly, he should be given all the interview duties: no hesitation, repetition, deviation or filler words. Very quietly eloquent.
